- I adhere to the industry’s  most comprehensive Standards of Practice  of Home Inspection procedure.
- The maximum benefit from the inspection you can get when you physically present at the property in the inspection time.

What you expect 

- I Provide you the best professional information and analysis  of the  home before you make a purchasing decision.
- My Primary  function is to do thorough  inspection  and educate you about the condition of  home.
- A full  and standard written home  inspection  report with significant numbers of photos will be provided to you after completion of the inspection procedure.
-For Rental Permit Inspection I will perform inspection  all components and concerns in good standing conditions set by County/City law for permit and provide the written report with necessary pictures.
- For Radon Gas Test : I will Provide the test result within 60 hours.
